Just in case you can't get enough

It is my favorite how his big eyes are just staring at his Daddy!

Tymon's First Day Home

Tymon came home yesterday at 7 p.m. For those of you who don't know or haven't read our blog post about Joe's cat - I was a bit worried how things would turn out! She is super possesive and bratty about everything. However I have to admitt it's so cute how she watches over him. She just will get somewhere where she can make sure he is okay and stare. This huge look of concern comes over her face when he makes even a peep and gives us huge crusties if he is crying. Other than her being locked out of the room at night and her constant howling about it she has done really well. This morning when I let her in all she wanted to do was stare at Tymon.

Tymon Joseph has come

After only six hours of being at the hospital we had our little Tymon in our hands and warming our hearts. The total birth time was not to long as Jamie did a great job pushing when needed. He came out about six thirty and weighed in at 5 pounds 15 ounces and was 21 inches long. Tymon came out healthy and happy! Here are some pictures of the little one and the big brown eyes and dark hair he has. More pictures will be coming as we get more of him.

I'm new at this blogging thing so be patient with me.

The Nursery is Complete

The nursery is complete we are just missing one thing! Baby Ty! He's just having a grand old time waiting for his big entrance into the world. He kicks and plays almost all day long and is progressing the opposite way.

I am so proud of our Nursery. For those of you who don't know, Joe and are are....well...cheap! So I am proud to report that we saved bucho on the nursery. (However this kid has more clothes than a 40 year old man, can I just say its good I am not having a girl). We found the dresser at D.I. (a great idea from some friends - thanks Kade and Alisa) and Joe stained it to match the crib. Then he put on new handles and it looks brand new! A day or two later I found the rocking chair there and same thing stained it to match the crib as well as the long shelf. All in all his furniture cost less than $75 and looks amazing. I love the dark espresso color.

My Mom made this amazing cross stitch quilt on the wall. It took her about 7 months and is way to pretty to use so we hung it and it looks amazing. The pictures don't really do it justice.
